Tim Hartnoll is a lifelong yachtsman and accomplished business leader
whose love for the sea is matched by his leadership in the maritime world.
As Executive Chairman and owner of X-Press Feeders, one of the world’s largest container feeder operator, and founder of HICO Investment Group, a Singapore-based family office with investments spanning maritime, logistics, technology, and hospitality, Tim has built an enduring legacy in global shipping.
Beyond business, he is devoted to preserving maritime heritage and creating exceptional sailing experiences, from classic yachts to private island retreats such as Bawah Reserve in Indonesia. A passionate sailor, diver, and explorer, Tim brings both vision and deep personal passion to every vessel under his care, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard while delivering unforgettable experiences at sea.
